One whole day left

It is currently Wednesday July 9th 2014 at 2:43AM.

At 10:00AM, I can officially check into my flight because it will be 24 hours before my flight leaves Rotterdam. My room is almost bare. It doesn't feel as though I am leaving. I'm leaving behind amazing people who made this experience. People I saw every single day will no longer be there. Half of me would like to keep this going longer but the other half feels as though this has been a dream and I have to wake up and face the "real world".

The person that I am going to miss most is Jesse. Even though we only spent barely half of the time in the same country, we spoke to each other everyday. He brightened every part of this trip. Out of everyone, I got closest to him (I mean that usually happens when you start dating someone) but it was different. After we broke up, we continued to stay close to each other. I think we helped each other come out of our shells. He convinced me to sing in front of complete strangers in public. And I think I made him more confident to be open about himself because there is no chance he could be weirder than me (I'm flattered really ahahahh). I know I'll come back to visit not only him but everyone else as well. A month ago, we all talked about a reunion.

Right now, I am really worried that my checked luggage will be more than the limit and i'm going to have to pay a huge fee. I'm going to be walking on glass until I get that over with. I'm heading to the airport at 8am even though my flight leaves around 10:00AM or 10:25AM. Just to be safe.

Note to anyone who studies abroad: start selling your items long before you have to leave. You'll catch people before everyone else leaves and starts selling their items. Also, don't buy a baby bike because everyone will be too big for it!
